Service terms

These terms govern locksmith services provided by Nazarii Pavliuk (Nazar Autocerrajero VLC). By requesting an intervention by phone, WhatsApp or the form, you accept these terms.

Provider and scope

  • The service is provided by Nazarii Pavliuk, NIF Y9809224Z, as a self-employed professional, in Valencia Ciudad, L'Horta Nord, L'Horta Sud, Camp de Túria, Torrent, Gandia, Paterna, Sagunto, Alzira and Manises.
  • 24-hour service Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays. Time zone: Europe/Madrid.

Request and acceptance

A request by phone, WhatsApp or the form is a contact enquiry, not a concluded contract. The contract is formed when you accept the preliminary estimate given before work starts.

Preliminary estimate and final price

  • Any amount quoted before the visit is an individual preliminary estimate based on the information you provide. The final price depends on the vehicle or lock, the key system, the actual difficulty and the materials used, and is confirmed before the work begins.
  • No work is carried out without your express acceptance of the amount.

Identification and proof of ownership

  • Before opening a vehicle, a property or a safe, or programming a key or remote, you must prove ownership or lawful authorisation with DNI/NIE or passport plus documentation for the item (vehicle registration, contract, deed or work order).
  • Without that proof the service is refused. The minimum identification data required by applicable law may be recorded.

Call-out and timings

  • Any arrival time given is an estimate subject to traffic, distance and workload, and is not a contractual commitment.
  • If on arrival the work cannot be carried out for reasons outside the technician's control, the call-out may be charged; you will be told the amount beforehand.

Execution and possible damage

Techniques intended to minimise the risk of damage are used. With certain locking systems, or with blocked or faulty locks, a destructive method may be necessary; it will be explained to you and requires your authorisation before proceeding.

Payment and invoice

Payment is due on completion, by the means accepted in each case. An invoice or receipt for the intervention is issued.

Warranty

The statutory conformity warranty under Spanish consumer law applies to the goods supplied and the work carried out. It does not cover misuse, later tampering by third parties or normal wear.

Withdrawal and urgent services

  • As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or off-premises.
  • If you expressly request immediate performance within that period, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and if you withdraw before completion you must pay for the proportion already provided.

Complaints and dispute resolution

You can complain by writing to info@autocerrajero.es. Official consumer complaint forms are available.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction.
